Hypnotherapy to the rescue...

You've probably heard about it. Hypnotherapy. But what is it really? Hypnotherapy has been around for a long time. It is a form of therapy that was somewhat forgotten for a long time, but now it is (fortunately) used in full again. The name Hypnosis comes from the Greek God Hypnos, who stands for sleep. We do not (consciously) realize it, but during the day we absorb many impressions. They are all stored in different places in our brain (subconscious mind). Many of those impressions can have some influence in the subconscious mind, which has the effect that we sometimes have behaviors, but we do not understand why. For example, why do I get angry so quickly or do I get tired easily? Why do I smoke? During a session you communicate with your subconscious to find these answers, and possibly adjust the behavior where necessary. Sometimes it can also be that you are plagued with images or feelings that hinder you on a daily basis, here too hypnosis can help. By reducing the force of these impressions or giving them a place. During a session you will be brought into a relaxed state with the help of the therapist, which will eventually lead you into hypnosis. You are aware of what is happening. The therapist helps you get to the right answers and helps you ask the right questions. This form of therapy can give good results in a very short time. right questions.
